This statement applies solely to personal information collected on Argo’s website at www.argoproperty.ca. By using our Service Request form on our website, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy statement and to our practices in collecting, using and disclosing the personal information that you provide in completing and submitting a Service Request Form.

“Personal Information” means information that is personally identifiable to individuals. This may include, without limitation, the individual’s name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Argo collects personal information from its website through the use of the Service Request page. We collect personal information through the use of a web-based form (Service Request) as completed by clients. Only information entered into this form is collected our website. Information relating to a user’s computer use, IP address or otherwise, will not be collected or used in any manner whatsoever. We do not employ cookies. A cookie is typically a small text file that a web server may place on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Argo makes no use of such features or activities.

Use of Personal Information Collected from the Web Site

The personal information collected by Argo will be used for the sole purpose of carrying out or sub-contracting requested services. Such information may be kept on file even after a particular service request has been carried out. Information is kept to ensure the accuracy of service requests, for future reference and for administrative purposes. The personal information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or information submission. We may share data with the following parties as required, in order to carry out service requests: any independent contractor, service technician or utility company who may be either sub-contracted through Argo to perform maintenance or repairs specified in Service Request or information may be provided to the parties listed above, directly by Argo who acts as an agent on behalf of the client; so that the parties listed above may arrange for services or repairs directly with the client.
